   Description of Services Dr. Ehrensaft is a senior consultant and founding member of the Children's Psychotherapy Project, a national project offering pro bono long-term psychotherapy to children in foster care. She is vice-president of the non-profit organization, A Home Within, an organization which addresses the emotional needs of foster children, of which the Children's Psychotherapy is a part. In her private clinical practice in Oakland, California, Dr. Ehrensaft sees adults, children, and adolescents in individual psychotherapy, both long and short-term. She also does parenting consultation, custody mediation, co-parenting counseling, and couples therapy.  Her areas of specialization include: families using assisted reproductive technology; gender variant children; divorce and custody issues; children with developmental problems; parenting.
