Description of Services The Association for Psychoanalytic Thought (APT) is an affiliate of the Baltimore Washington Society for Psychoanalysis. We are a group of mental health professionals who study the theory and practice of psychoanalysis from a psychoanalytic perspective. We provide a stimulating forum for clinicians to expand their knowledge and experience of current psychoanalytic thought. We also explore literature, culture and everyday life through a psychoanalytic lens. We invite you to join us and share your ideas as we develop and sponsor programs, presentations, courses and study groups.  For further information, call us at (301) 984-1619 or (410) 276-5815.
